We are pleased to announce that registrations are open for the upcoming International Exhibition EFIRO 2024, sponsored by FEPA and recognized by FIP, which will take place in Bucharest, Romania, at the National Library of Romania (Unirii Blvd, No. 22, Sector 3, 0300833 Bucharest) from April 17 to 20, 2024<\/strong>. This period offers mild temperatures and provides an opportunity to explore Bucharest and Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All exhibit classes are eligible to participate in the competition, giving collectors an additional reason to present their collections. In this regard, please note that collections with a score exceeding 75 points at the national level are eligible to participate in the exhibition. For first-time international participants, there will be space available for 5 frames of 16 sheets each, totaling 80 sheets. The same space allocation applies to collections that have previously been exhibited at the international level and have scored up to 84 points. Collections that have achieved at least 85 points will have space for 8 frames, or 128 sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration applications must be submitted to the Italian Commissioner, Dr. Claudio Ernesto Manzati, by October 15, 2023<\/strong>. Acceptance of the registration will be communicated by November 15, 2023<\/strong>. Along with the application, the first page of the collection should be sent, preferably in English (not in Italian), and optionally a synopsis. Additionally, each participation sheet must be placed in a transparent protective cover and numbered consistently in the lower right margin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibitors in the philatelic literature class (classes 11A, 11B, and 11C) must send two copies of each volume title, no later than January 1, 2024<\/strong>, after submitting the registration application within the aforementioned deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
