Kohl, it was the third time &#8211; after the one of Riccione in 1970 and Venice in 1976 &#8211; that &#8220;Italian friends&#8221; had welcomed the delegates of FISA Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"531\"
