In it he referred to further details that the Federation would have given us. Here, then, to detail what was received by the Federation, with Letter of Information n. 5 of 16 March 2021. The official regulation can be found on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fsfi.it\">www.fsfi.it<\/a> and then on Qui Filatelia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This regulation was born as an Appendix to the Exhibition and Jury Regulations (REG), enters into force on March 15, 2021 and will remain in force, on an experimental basis, until the FSFI CD deems it appropriate. At the end of the experimentation phase (which presumably will last for at least four exposures) it will be incorporated &#8211; with any changes suggested by the experimentation &#8211; in the REG, which will then be updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are some points characterizing the new regulation of this specific exhibition section, referring to the reading of the complete text here attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The establishment of the Competition Section &#8211; Philately of today (FO) takes place in accordance with article 4.1 of the REG, for EN (national exhibitions) and for it the names &#8220;Modern Philately&#8221; or &#8220;Contemporary Philately&#8221; are not used, in how much in the REG have another meaning;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The FO collections are mainly made up of material produced from 1990 to today;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The use of postal and philatelic material of any kind is allowed, with the only format limitations that make it suitable for being inserted in the display windows;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Collections from 3 to 10 stands are admitted;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The collections can be assembled with the criteria of aerophilatelia or astrophilatelia or fiscal philately or thematic philately or traditional philately or interophilia or maximafilia or postal history or two or more of these criteria at the same time;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>FO participations will be judged by accredited specialists in different sectors, whose evaluation is based on a specific scale of scores;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>By virtue of the experimental nature, until the maintenance in force of this Appendix to the REG, the collections will be issued for participation in exhibitions without prior passage for an EQ.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attached:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/We have already talked about this news in the News of February 16th.
