The November, 28th the new AIDA board of directors met for the first time in order to proceed with the new appointments of the President, the Secretary and the Treasurer and the assignment of further roles and/or corporate duties for the next four years. This in order to provide, without interruption and quickly, for the planning of the management activities of the Association, which have been temporarily frozen in view of the elective Assembly.
All seven elected advisors were present: Fiorenzo Longhi, Flavio Riccitelli, Claudio Riccardo Incerti, Nicola Valcarcell, Alessandro Testa, Luigi Farina and Paolo Tondo.
The board has established that the appointments of the members, since almost all of the outgoing board has been re-elected, the appointments remain unchanged with the new advisor Luigi Farina, who will be responsible for external relations.
So:

- Vice-President and Auditor: Paolo Tondo
- Vice-Secretary: Claudio Riccardo Incerti
- “AIDAFlash” graphic contact person and Webmaster: Alessandro Testa
- Virtual library: Nicola Valcarcell
- External relations: Luigi Farina
Furthermore, the following advisors will be part of the editorial board of the magazine “AIDAFlash” and of the “QUADERNO”: Fiorenzo Longhi, Flavio Riccitelli and Alessandro Testa. The collaboration of other directors in specific cases is not excluded. However, all editorial initiatives will always be evaluated and decided collectively, by the entire board
As regards the membership fee of AIDA for the year 2023, it was decided to leave it unchanged, therefore 50.00 Euros (full fee, for those who also want to receive the magazine “Qui filatelia”) or 40.00 Euros (fee not including the aforementioned magazine). However, it will be at the discretion of each member to pay a higher fee in support of the Association.
