This is the title of the beautiful book edited by Beniamino Bordoni, which describes the events that accompanied the Italian philatelic magazines from their origins to 1945, published by the Italian Philatelic Press Union (USFI) and distributed to all members.
The book is well illustrated, with a very pleasant graphics and completely in color. Moreover, it is equipped with a very detailed bibliographic system.
As highlighted in the preface by the President of the USFI, Fabio Bonacina, it was an unlikely search and full of surprises, which is unprecedented and which thanks to the patience of the author, assisted by many other collectors and specialized structures, was able to be realized. This is a first story on the national reality, which certainly can be completed in the more or less near future, even going beyond 1945, which is the reference that the author has given himself.
Given the epidemiological situation and the impossibility of an official presentation in attendance, the same will take place via ZOOM, on April 16, 2021 at 9.00 pm, within the “Philatelic Fridays”, organized by the Italian Center for Thematic Philately (CIFT) and Collectors Italian Ordinary Stamps (CIFO). Participation, as we know, is free and free and the link to access it will be communicated to the members a few days before the presentation.
