From the Federation, with Information Letter n. 3 on February 16, 2021, we receive information on a new section of collections, which will be accepted on an experimental basis in the next Milanofil 2021, if we hope it will be done.
Today Philately is the section in which collections made up of philatelic and paraphylatelic material (in a moderate way and if functional to the subject of the collection) of any kind can be presented, with only a temporal limitation: issued approximately from 1990 to today.
The section is experimental, initially you don’t want to put too many bounderies and therefore it is not related to a specific class: you can create a collection that welcomes together, for example, suggestions of philately, postal history and maximaphily together. Or thematic, traditional, postal revenue and postal stationery; or whatever you want. These are collections of 3-10 paintings maximum.
There is not much news about it yet, but we believe we must immediately inform our members. More details will follow shortly, as soon as we receive them from the Federation.
