In the news of April 15, 2021 we announced that the FEPA would have awarded a new medal for the best philatelic website, which complemented the recognition that FEPA already assigned every year to philatelic studies and research considered exceptional.
Well, after carefully examining the proposals received from the Federations, the FEPA announced the winners of both medals.

Instead, the 2020 Outstanding Philatelic Study and Research Medal was awarded to:
MIROSLAV BACHRATY (Slovacchia) per “Slovensko (Slovakia) Postal History 1938-1945″ (2 vol.)
Heartfelt congratulations to the winners of these Medals and also to the “Aldo Cecchi” Onlus Institute of Historical Studies in Prato, which has reached the runners-up.
