We would like to announce the opening of registrations for the HAFNIA 24 European Philatelic Exhibition, organized by the Copenhagen Philatelic Club (Kjøbenhavns Philatelist Klub – KPK) and sponsored by FEPA. The exhibition will take place in Copenhagen from October 17 to 20, 2024, at the Øksnehallen in the center of Copenhagen.
All exhibit classes are eligible to participate in the competition, providing a great opportunity to showcase your collection. Please note that collections with a score exceeding 75 points at the national level are eligible to participate in the exhibition. For first-time international participants, there will be space available for 5 frames of 16 sheets each, totaling 80 sheets. The same space allocation applies to collections that have previously been exhibited at the international level and have scored up to 84 points. Collections that have achieved at least 85 points will have space for 8 frames, or 128 sheets. The “Grand Prix” class (class 1) allows participation for those who have received at least two large gold medals in two different years at exhibitions with FIP, FEPA, FIAP, or FIAF sponsorship.
Participations with restricted themes (1-2-3 frames) and modern philately are classified in their respective philatelic classes. Additionally, there will be invited participations in a non-competitive class.
The deadline for submitting the participation application to the Italian Commissioner, Luca Lavagnino, is December 29, 2023.
The registration process is as follows:
- The exhibitor must complete the registration form available at the link https://www.hafnia24.com/exhibit-application-form/
- The exhibitor will receive the PDF of the completed registration form by email.
- The exhibitor signs the received email’s registration form and sends it to the Italian Commissioner (lavagnino.luca@gmail.com), along with a copy of the exhibit plan page (maximum one page) and optionally, the synopsis (maximum two pages).00
