Once again this year, we will be attending the national event known as Bergamofil, a competitive gathering organized by the Circolo Filatelico Bergamasco and endorsed by the Federation of Italian Philatelic Societies (FSFI). The event will take place from September 29th to October 1st, 2023, in Chiuduno (BG) at the Multiarea Trade Fair Center – Palasettembre, Via Martiri della Libertà, 6.
The occasion of a national event is an excellent opportunity for us to become better known. Moreover, in the year of Bergamo and Brescia as the Capitals of Culture 2023, philately, in all its facets, will present its ideas, history, and future in a pleasant and welcoming environment. Therefore, we are proud to be a part of it.
Thanks to the space kindly provided by the Circolo Filatelico Bergamasco (CFB), to whom we extend our thanks once again, we will have our dedicated booth where we will have the opportunity to introduce various aspects of aerophilatelic and airmail collecting. We will also promote upcoming initiatives.
In particular, at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 30th, there will be a conference dedicated to the “ALI DENTELLATE” event, celebrating the Centenary of the Italian Air Force, scheduled for October in Rome. All our members have already been informed about it, and we will soon promote it on our website as well. Presenting this important event will be our member and advisor, Luigi Farina. It’s a prelude to our next significant event when we will celebrate our 50th Aero Philately Day.
