Federal seminar for jurors and exhibitors – Lavagna 2024

We return to the event held in Lavagna on March 23-24 to report on what was discussed during the seminar and to detail the speakers from the various classes who presented their papers.

We recall the objective of the seminar, which was to compare the different ways of addressing the theme of DEVELOPING a collection in the various exhibition classes.

Thus, after the opening of the event by the president of the FSFI, Bruno Crevato-Selvaggi, and the FSFI councilor in charge of events and juries (also president of the Lavagna Philatelic Club, which hosted the event), Luca Lavagnino, presentations by the most renowned Italian philatelic jurors followed: Giorgio Khouzam (Traditional Philately class), Marco Occhipinti (Open Philately class), Angelo Teruzzi (Postal History class), Paolo Guglielminetti (Thematic Philately class), Flavio Pini (Postal Stationery class), Rosario D’Agata (Maximaphily class), Flavio Riccitelli (Aerophilately class), Claudio E. Manzati (FSFI deputy delegate for international affairs), Giancarlo Morolli (FSFI delegate for international affairs).

On this occasion, the president of the Lavagna Philatelic Club, Luca Lavagnino, presented Giancarlo Morolli with the “Città di Lavagna Philatelic Award” for his long philatelic activity and the numerous roles he has held in organized philately at all levels, both in Italy and abroad.
